Bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until the vendor accepts it. Guests are responsible for providing accurate dates, guest counts, and contact details.
Vendors
Vendors must keep property information, prices, availability, and booking decisions accurate and current.
Use of the service
Accounts must be used honestly and only for legitimate travel and hospitality purposes. We may restrict access when the service is misused.
